Prior to my UX design adventure, I was working as a sales rep in an airport to sell travel goods (headphones, neck pillows, etc.) . It was during that time I wanted to do something else and took a coding course for HTML and CSS while also getting into graphic design. I watched a lot of youtube tutorials and remembered that one person I followed began to refer to himself as a UI/UX designer.  So I searched up the terminology and it didn't make sense to me at first. After learning more about UI and UX, the differences, how they came to be, I took courses, got mentorship, and now I'm ready to design simple, clear and comfortable experiences using research and best practices to back up design decisions.
UI & Visual Design
Im a skilled visual designer with an eye for typography, layout, and color.
User Research
I believe that User research is a very important step. It's important to speak to users and their process and problems before starting the design.
Prototyping
Im skilled with prototyping products with users during the product life cycle.
